Where Richmond Gets Its Cars to Look Their Best
With eight locations across the greater Richmond area, Flagstop is central Virginia’s favorite car wash, but they came to us looking for a visual facelift and improved functionality. Taylor used Flagstop’s branding colors of primary red and blue for consistency, but upgraded their homepage with a mesmerizing video in place of a hero image. He also designed custom icons to distinguish between the levels of car washes Flagstop offers. Bright, full-width calls-to-action high on the homepage compel visitors to join their unlimited wash club and download their new app that allows customers to order car washes on the go. An interactive map clearly marks Flagstop locations and helps visitors visually find their closest car wash.
A Clean Exterior Takes Some Elbow Grease
Flagstop wanted their new site to look clean while providing additional functionality to the user. The site’s integration with the Washify database connects it to the app and allows customers to purchase gift cards, E-vouchers, and Wash Club memberships online. To ensure a clean, consistent aesthetic, and clear product options, Taylor redesigned Flagstop’s pricing graphics. A “News & Events” page keeps customers updated about fundraisers and coupons or specials, and an FAQ page provides free car maintenance information to visitors.
