We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic web designer to join our team.
You’ll work closely with other creative professionals to create appealing, user-friendly websites that would make anyone – from your client to your grandma’s great aunt – proud.

Requirements:
- 1 – 4+ years experience
- Keen understanding of design principles (web and otherwise)
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, ability to hand-code
- Familiarity with/working knowledge of Javascript/JS Libraries (e.g., Jquery)
- Demonstrated proficiency in: Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Creative and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Take ownership of projects and accept responsibility for actions
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Not willing to settle for "good enough"
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Must provide links to live samples of work OR link to portfolio
Desired:
- Familiarity with/working knowledge of PHP
- Experience with WordPress (custom theme design and development)
- Knowledge of Flash, ActionScript
- Familiarity with search engine optimization principles and practices
- Knowledge of and experience with social media
