Key Web Concepts, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Jim Thomas of
Richmond, Virginia. Jim started the company after recognizing
a need for start-up businesses and other small companies to establish
themselves on the World Wide Web early in their company life so they

technology... by positioning these companies in a place where
they can begin to compete with larger companies, without as big an
